Meet Jessica and David: The Realtor Couple Behind Haus M Team

Hi. I'm Jessica.

Before we get into market updates and neighborhood guides and everything else this blog is going to cover, I want to take a second to just introduce myself. Because I think who your real estate agent is matters just as much as anything they know.

I Did Not Plan to Do This

I grew up in Puerto Rico. I am not someone who grew up dreaming about being in real estate or building a brand or putting myself out there for the world to see.

Honestly, I am an introvert at heart. I had to push myself into this version of who I am now. And that's something I don't hide, because I think it's the thing that makes me different.

I understand what it feels like to be unsure. To not know the language of real estate, to feel like everyone else in the room knows something you don't. I built this career from that place. And now I use everything I learned and continue to learn to make sure my clients never feel that way. I love staying current on trends and things that can help our business and ultimately our clients.

Then There's David

My husband David grew up in NY, he is my business partner, and if you've seen any of our content, you already know he's the one who gets straight to the point.

He is wired differently than me. He is direct, he is confident, and he will tell you the truth fast. No softening it, no dancing around it. He's the kind of person people call when they want someone who is actually going to get it done. And he is so personable that people gravitate to him. I always hear “your husband is so nice, he’s so helpful”. Growing up in the streets of New York he has that hustle and bustle in him which I think is why he is so good at negotiating.

Together we co-founded the Haus M at Keller Williams here in Orlando, Florida.

Why We Do It This Way

Here's the thing about real estate. It is one of the biggest decisions most people will make in their lifetime. I understand why Real Estate Agents get such a bad rep, so many agents approach it like a transaction. Like a number to close.

That is not how David and I operate. Its the one thing I want to change, I want the people that we help to feel safe, have clarity and confidence that we are not just after a pay check.

We care about where you end up. We care about whether the house actually fits your life. We care about the numbers making sense for you, not just making a deal happen.

I want to be real with you: we are not the agents who tell you what you want to hear. We are the agents who tell you what you need to know. And I think that is a rare thing.

We are based in Orlando, Florida, and we work all across Central Florida. We specialize in helping homeowners find their next home and get the most out of what they've built.

We are also people of faith. God is in the middle of everything we do. The way we treat people, the integrity we bring to every deal, the way we show up even when it's hard. That comes from somewhere real. To us and its God, Family and then Business.

We are parents. We are a couple who works together and lives together and figures it out together. This business is personal to us in the most literal way. Our kids are involved in our business too so you may see them with us a lot or at an open house helping us.
